Talent Acquisition Consultant (Talent Scout)


Are you an entrepreneurial Talent Acquisition Consultant and do you want to accelerate your career and work in an inspiring and international environment? The Talent Acquisition team of FrieslandCampina is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (internally named Talent Scout). 


Talent Scouts play an essential role in fueling FrieslandCampina’s growth with extraordinary talent and are expected to be seasoned professionals with the capability of both filling needs for talent as well as acting as talent consultants to shape our future leadership capability. You will be working in a team of experienced talent scouts.

In this role you will work directly and proactively with FrieslandCampina’s hiring managers, HR Business Partners, functional HR on FrieslandCampina’s requisitions and talent projects. You will implement talent strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and hiring candidates. The focus will be on both finding the right internal and/or external candidates.

This position necessitates an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy and advanced analytics. You have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, dynamic work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage your own time efficiently.


  • Master degree, preferably Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or HR; 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter, Consultant at a recruitment agency or HR Business Partner;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial;
  • Proven track record in the usage of social media and flexible in adapting this to optimize your sourcing strategies;
  • Team player, focus on continuous improvement, flexible, curious by nature;
  • Willingness to travel to FrieslandCampina locations
